Certification pay will be based on the current model codes adopted by or a model code in the process of being adopted by the state of Oregon. No certification pay will be given for model code certification once that model code is discontinued by the state of Oregon. The Building Official Manager retains full authority to approve the certifications for which s/he will pay this incentive.
The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Albany government. It has jurisdiction over all city and state law offenses committed within city limits other than felonies. The court does not handle DUIIs. If your fine is owed to Linn County Circuit Court, you must contact the Linn County Courthouse at 541-967-3845.
