Fall 2026 Fair Housing Online Training for Housing Providers
The Fall 2026 Fair Housing Training for Housing Providers (including rental property managers and owners) will cover the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA)’s curriculum requirements, including Fair Housing Law basics (federal and state protected classes, types of housing discrimination, examples, etc.), important updates such as SB599, and some information on the results of recent fair housing testing conducted in Corvallis by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon (FHCO). RSVP is required. This training is sponsored by the City of Corvallis in partnership with the City of Albany and the Linn-Benton Rental Housing Association. Presented by Fair Housing Council of Oregon.
