There are two confidential Employee Assistance Programs available to City employees and their dependents:

SupportLinc

This program provides 8 free sessions (both virtually and or in-person) for employees and their dependents, per existing issue.

The EAP offers a wide range of services, including:

  • Counseling Services: Access to confidential counseling sessions for emotional, mental, and behavioral health concerns. Option of in-person, text therapy or virtual.
    Work-Life Balance Support: Assistance with managing stress, work-life balance, and personal responsibilities.
    Financial and Legal Advice: Guidance on financial consultation, debt management, and legal issues.
    Coaching: Support for depression, stress, anxiety, or relationship issues.
    Crisis Support: Immediate assistance during personal crises or emergencies.

HealthAdvocate from The Standard

We also have a secondary EAP service available to us through The Standard called HealthAdvocate, which can be used in place of or in addition to the services provided through SupportLinc. This program includes three visits per "Life Service" for employees and their dependents.
