The City of Albany is requesting applications (RFA) from non-profit and eligible entities for activities to be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds available July 1, 2025. The City receives annual funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

ALL applicants must attend one of the virtual pre-application meetings to learn more about the CDBG program requirements and eligible activities: either Wednesday November 20 at 2 p.m., or Thursday, December 5 at 10:30 a.m. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. The RFA and application materials are on the City’s CDBG site under the “For Agencies” tab: https://www.albanyoregon.gov/cd/blockgrant.
